Within our membership, we have a thriving Youth Theatre for 11 - 21 year olds, who aim to produce two full length productions a year for three nights each, during the Easter and Summer holidays. Rehearsals for these usually span a three month period before each production, and all positions both onstage and off are filled by youth members where possible. We do get a lot of enquiries on behalf of younger budding actors and actresses, and usually we suggest that pantomime is a great place to start if you're not quite old enough for the youth theatre, so you can get to know the theatre and the people (and many of the youth members are also regularly involved in Panto too).

The PYT has performed five full length productions to date since it's reformation in 2006, and will rehearsals have just begun for it's Easter 2010 production. To be keep up to date on Youth Theatre productions and auditions, you can join the main theatre mailing list and membership is also dealt with through the main theatre.
